Eastern Loudoun County starts at the city limits of Herndon, the last western outpost of Fairfax County. There’s plenty of transformation out here, and with the Silver Line expanding later this year, commute times to Reston and Tysons will be that much easier. Towns like Sterling and Potomac Falls make up this Dulles Corridor and is serviced by plenty of major Northern Virginia thoroughfares. There is convenient access to the Dulles Toll Road, Route 28, and Route 7.
The final three stops of the Silver line expansion will run through eastern Loudoun County. This area stands to benefit if standard suburban offices morph into transit-oriented development.
